The tup-scripts [https://github.com/matzke1/tup-scripts] are a set
of mostly Perl scripts for generating Tup rules from "run" commands
in Tupfiles.  These scripts were developed outside ROSE about a
year ago and are available to the wider Tup community. In order to
make ROSE easier to install, we now also distribute the scripts as
part of ROSE.
